How to choose the perfect kindergarten backpack?

Choosing a backpack for preschool isn't just about aesthetics, but above all, your child's comfort and health. Here are detailed tips to help you make the best decision:

• Weight and size – A backpack should weigh no more than 10-15% of a child's body weight (including its contents). For a four-year-old weighing 18kg, this means a maximum of about 2kg. When empty, a backpack should be very lightweight – ideally 250-500g .

• Adjustment to height – The backpack should end at hip height and be no wider than the back. Backpack height is typically between 25 and 35 cm for preschoolers.
