Complaints

Customers can submit complaints in person at one of our brick-and-mortar stores or by mail. When submitting a complaint in person at our boutique, the defective product must be presented along with proof of purchase and a completed complaint form. If a receipt is not available, a bank statement confirming the transaction must be provided. Kokosek Baby Store reserves the right to review and respond to complaints within 14 business days.
