RETURNS

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the shipment. Ordered products must be intact and free from any signs of use.
We process returns within 14 days of receiving the return package. Any signs of use will prevent the return of the item.

Products that cannot be returned or exchanged: pacifiers, bottles, cosmetics, body and hair brushes, underwear and personal hygiene products.
With the safety and comfort of our customers in mind , bird imitation whistles are also non-returnable.
We kindly ask you to complete the form below and attach your return shipment to it.

EXCHANGE

In the KOKOSEK BABY STORE online store, an exchange involves returning the selected product and placing a new order (exception: Engel Natur products) .

In-store exchanges can be made within 14 days of purchase for a product of the same value or more expensive. Products ordered online for pickup and paid for in-store are treated as in-store purchases and are non-refundable.
