Allexi Alligator 63 cm

Allexi Alligator is the chef at Gator's Gap , a famous (and entirely plant-based) eatery hidden away in the Louisiana bayou.

Known for its tofu chowder and okra gumbo, Allexi serves classic Southern dishes with a vegetarian twist. It caters to everyone who comes its way—even Amuseables Peanut , who accidentally wandered into the swamp during an extreme adventure and arrived right at lunchtime.

(Allexi, of course, didn't take a cent from him – after all, it's not every day that someone does a somersault during a service!)
