New, delightful Polish recipes that will excite you.
A new book by one of the most popular and beloved figures on the Polish culinary scene. Michał Korkosz, better known as Rozkoszny, author of the blog Słodkny.pl, returns with a new batch of exciting recipes. This time, he shares his contemporary Polish cooking style. On the one hand, we have modernized versions of classics, like pierogi with roasted celery and smoked cottage cheese, while on the other, the recipes pay homage to flavors and ingredients that have arrived in Poland relatively recently, along with globalization and mass migration.
The book includes recipes for spinach dumplings in a nutritious sauce made with mushrooms, miso, and soy sauce, seasoned with poppy seed furikake; pampuchy—steamed buns stuffed with fried oyster mushrooms and broad beans, then drizzled with a Middle Eastern tahini-based sauce; and young cabbage with harissa glaze, served with sour cream, turmeric olive oil, and dill. This cooking reflects the spirit of our times. It's lighter, healthier, and faster, yet full of Polish flavor reimagined globally. So exciting, it's irresistible.
