Junior Merino Wool Jacket

This beautiful, soft organic wool hooded jacket is perfect for cooler days. The thick, organic Engel wool comes from merino sheep raised organically, without the use of pesticides or other harmful substances.

Merino wool is a wonderful material, with thermoregulatory and self-cleaning properties, hypoallergenic, luxuriously soft, cozy, and non-itchy. The jacket fastens with a zipper, has a large, warm hood, and reflective elements for added safety.

Engel Natur jackets are made of fine New Zealand merino wool. The product is made of a very delicate yarn with a unique weave. Therefore, it requires proper care. Merino wool does not like friction, excessive heat, or harsh detergents, which cause the fabric to felt and lead to permanent damage to the yarn and other components. Under the influence of the aforementioned factors, the scales in the wool become entangled. As a result, the material from which the product is made becomes rough and shrinks. The slightest deviation from the temperature indicated on the care label also results in the wool bunching up.
