The device emits ultrasonic pulses at a frequency of 40 kHz.
The impulses emitted by the device are completely harmless to humans and pets, but they block the main sensory organ of ticks – the Haller's organ.
Ticks use the Haller's organ to locate their host, when a tick comes within the range of the ultrasound emitted by Tickless, it will be disoriented and will not sense its prey.
Tickless is also effective in protecting against fleas.
The effective protection area is a radius of approximately 1.5 m.
Tickless does not use toxic/chemical substances and is completely safe for pets and people (including pregnant women, small children, people with pacemakers, etc.).
