Tickless Active tick protection device
Tickless is a device that protects against ticks.
Tickless Active was created for active outdoor enthusiasts. It attaches to the shoe laces and is ultralight, so it won't interfere with running.
The device emits ultrasonic pulses at a frequency of 40 kHz.
The impulses emitted by the device are completely harmless to humans and pets, but they block the main sensory organ of ticks – the Haller's organ.
Ticks use the Haller's organ to locate their host, when a tick comes within the range of the ultrasound emitted by Tickless, it will be disoriented and will not sense its prey.
Tickless is also effective in protecting against fleas.
